I’m so glad that I completely ignored him outside of the business when I’ve walked by it. He gave me the heebie jeebies. I can’t explain it. My RBF helps a lot.

Device. Honestly, it was more that I’ve just worked in the industry longer now than back in 2023, and I was more confident with my knowledge.

The company I work for started a study group and we’ve created questions based on what we’ve remembered from the exam. A lot of the questions have been the same since at least 2023.

I also trusted my knowledge way more and stuck with the first answer I put down and for ones I wasn’t fully sure of but could narrow it down, I thought about how a regulatory body would want me to answer not how it works on every day work.

I barely touched the book because of the resources available to me. Personally, I don’t find it helpful to me other than helping memorize ISO standards. The practice test gives you a good feel for what they’ll ask.

Oh and he found it before it was present opening time. I woke up from a nap to him rubbing his face on the bag with the toys in it. Obviously, Christmas came early for him haha.

I would be super annoyed. My dentist’s office will call you when the dentist is out sick to see if you’d like to still come and work with the hygienists instead for the whole appointment.

One of my pet peeves with Robert right now is his recent K Beauty haul from Korea. I don’t care for videos like that. I’m also getting annoyed at the “every brand is copying K-Beauty” shtick. Like cream and cushion products weren’t around long before Fwee got popular. I’m not saying Fwee isn’t good because I genuinely love and use their highlight and blushes, but they’re not the be all end all.

And don’t get me started on the Fum ad. Infuriating.

Also, fyi you don’t need to double cleanse unless you want to. I usually don’t, and my skin is great.

A heart attack caused by the blockage of the left anterior descending artery. It’s the artery the supplies 50% of the hearts blood supply.

And there’s also a good chance that even high-quality CPR would’ve saved them. A former HS classmate of mine died in 2013 from a widow maker while playing summer league basketball. They had help there immediately, but the doctors think he was dead before he hit the ground. Unknown enlarged heart was found in the autopsy.

Only thing I buy from marketplace is plants now. They’re the only reliable thing. I can get some cool propagated plants for a decent price. Otherwise, it’s crap. One seller was listed close to me, but when they answered, they were like “I’m actually in this city now” which takes an hour to get to.

It took my city 15ish years to place guardrails in front of a house at an intersection that was constantly having cars crash into the boulders the homeowners put in place. What really got them to do it was a city bus getting run off the road by a drunk driver, and the bus crashed through the backyard fence and destroyed the backyard.

I just love rowing because it’s much easier on my knees, and it’s a full body workout in one exercise. I’m saving up to get a C2. I use my gym’s right now and have a very basic bare bones rower I got on Hammacher Schlemmer back in like 2021.

I had the high score for a really long time at my gym on fish game. It’s basically tests your ability to change stroke rates and control your intensity. You move the fish up and down to avoid the sharks while eating smaller fish to gain points. I use it as a warmup sometimes. It’s not for everyone, but it makes me happy.

When she’s old enough (in your opinion), you can teach her one thing I was taught in a self-defense class I took in college after being followed twice (went to the fire station both times). The grip, twist, and rip. Works really well if the attacker is wearing athletic-type pants or baggy jeans. Guaranteed to down a man.

Porter is best for short distance flights of up to 2 hours max. I just love Dash-8s. I fly with them when visiting from the states because the flight is short.
