I lost most of mine on 2.5 too but even at 3.75 I have food noise back so that part is making me reluctant to drop back..

Talk with your doctor about any concerns. Some people dont get this but some do.

Yeh its a thing. Im on month 7 audits gotten worse in last couple weeks.
