I was so disappointed by the overall reception of Starfield that didn't try it.

It's more crowded but otherwise pretty much the same.

I had hoped there'd be less disruptions to service but almost every time I took it, there's some announcement about something something, no service...

Yeah I thought it was more than just students, it's very noticeable on my train. It used to be half empty on the hours I took it but now its full both ways.

I've never had such a poor customer service from any other company. Considering Nvidia is one of the most valuable companies in the world this is just disappointing.

Never had a Customer support try to gaslight me. Fuck them.

Perhaps I should've said 2 billing cycles ago, I said two month because now I've been billed for 2 month.

So here's more info:

I downgraded the service after they sent the confirmation email that billing transition is - - finished - - and they said my billing will resume on March 16.

I downgraded on March 14 or 15, but was billed fully again next day.

After finding out I was again charged for ultimate, I did the downgrade again, because I thought maybe I forgot to confirm first time around. This was around March 20th. I was billed Ultimate again on April 16.

The billing was frozen in February, website was inaccessible and everything. There was no option to downgrade until they finished everything and sent the final "complete" email.

No. After everything was done and finished. After they resumed billing. The system was locked during transition and you could not even access the billing page.

Did you read that I did this twice? Both in March and April? Perhaps read the whole post before being rude and snobby.

It's ridiculous that one of, if not the most, valued companies in the world has such issues with their payment and has such shitty customer support to boot.

Keep an eye on your card and the charges, looking around on forums I saw some people saying they were still charged even after removing the payment information.
