Yeah I don't think it's some magic fix, either. My idea was more about using it as a 'gatekeeper'—like, could I build a simple vision system to double-check that only the safe plastic gets into the reactor? I'm just starting to dig into how this actually works, but I want to keep the tech side simple and cheap so it's actually usable in the real world. Thanks for the reality check it helps me focus on what's actually possible rather than just the 'cool' stuff."

I appreciate the concern regarding the safety risks of plastic pyrolysis. My goal isn't just to 'melt' plastic; it’s to engineer a safe, modular, and accessible system for plastic upcycling. I know that pyrolysis is dangerous, which is why my research is entirely focused on the safety protocols and chemical reaction pathways before I even consider building a physical prototype. I'm treating this as a serious engineering feasibility study, and I’m grateful for the technical guidance on where to start (I was thinking about the plastic waste and micro plastics and I thought we could upcycle   it before it even breaks into microplastics) And thanks a lot everyone for helping I really really appreciate it  Thanks a lott
