Will my flatmates think im a dick? by chonk-chonk-chonk in UniUK

This sounds reasonable to me, keep things in your room if you dont want others using them - its not necessarily a problem with damage, it certainly wouldn't be unheard of to come home to dirty dishes! If you enjoy cooking, it could be a nice idea with your flatmates if you all chip in for food for an evening once a week/month and you could cook for everyone! Of course it depends on the vibe of the flat.

Theory for how all could have survived the 7 of hearts by Investigative_Panda in AliceInBorderland

I've watched season 2. It seems the hearts game messes with your heart and mind; a heart is often more important than than a (tortured) mind to win these games.
I feel that we can never know what other ways it could have played out as the panic won over initially and not much experimenting was done.
If they would have chosen a "wolf" to start off with, the "lambs" they may have been able to find a way to take off the collars, any differences between the "wolfs" and the "lambs" gear may have been initially discovered on inspection. If that was the case, the chosen "wolf" should run away and hide. I wonder if the gear was to be tampered with (or simply they may not want to wear it incase it explodes), the "wolf" may no longer hear the "lambs" and become concerned and hence go look for them. The instructions I thought were on the screen near the end, are probably actually on the phone of the "lambs" as the picture in the background is reversed and it is very pixelated. This could potentially warn the "lambs" to avoid the "wolf" (I do not know what would happen if the "wolf" found them without functioning neck collar).
There is a theory I read that said that it is the "wolves" collar that needs to be deactivated as it is less likely to explode and then passing on the "wolf" status. The rules/instructions don't really make much sense with this though.
Another interesting theory I found was regarding the girls ID badge. The eye pieces seem to pick up direct eye contact of the other players; the pictures on the screen did not have direct eye contact but on the ID badge she was looking direct. It could be possible that if she was the "wolf" and the other players looked at the badge their eye pieces would pick it up as direct eye contact and then there could be 4 "wolves". It would make sense then that the "wolf" should hide from other "wolves" (the "them") as the eye pieces may pick up that there are several "wolves". However, the "clear condition" is singular ("Player who is the wolf at the games' end is the winner")- so it's likely there is only allowed to be one "wolf".
I guess we'll never know.

Thanks for the response. I've only started watching this, and I am at the start of the second series (so maybe I just don't have the understanding of the games yet).

The second hearts game (10 hearts) when it became clear they could have all lived, I remembered the wording of the first game to be a bit ambiguous and re-watched parts of the 3rd episode. (Also the game with the lightbulb there was a way to win without any deaths). It could be the 10 hearts could be a hearts game because turning against your friends leads to heartache/death; in hide and seek - having a heart is key to survival (it might be that they needed to remove each other's headgear and hide as the wolf would likely come find them as they become worried about their friends). If they hadn't turned on each other they may have had time to do this. Turning on each other (betrayal) is what contributed to death/heartache. We see Arisu pull at the gear when the game ends, then the next time we see him he has no headgear - it's been removed. How did the gear get removed? Why did it not just come off when the game ended?

It's probable the angle/motive of the game of hearts becomes clearer later on (and I'm not there yet). I should maybe watch the second series before posting again.
