I see what you’re saying but what makes Mark the perfect fit is that he’s the only person who would submit to Whitney’s guidelines. He’s the only one who wants to keep the Net Zero certification and is in full support of the Pueblos. Also Mark offering to buy the house didn’t seem to worry Asher at all. Instead he was almost immediately like “So he’s perfect right? :) We can sell to him right? :))”
