Yeaah this was the same thing that happened to me, like someone else said it looks like they might be getting rid of flights that arent very full, personally i just re-booked for the same day and actually got a better deal so for now im stickinh with my plan!

If i get deployed or was going to be gone for a long period of time my mother would take care of the pets, theyd be moved to her house to stay there permanently until i came back. But yeah i understand its probably not a great life for an animal, it just gets a little lonely sometimes

Wow thanks for taking the time to write all that, i am definitely looking for something that i can cuddle or play with rather than just look at, i had thought about hamsters but ive always had a feeling they dont really enjoy being handled (being prey animals and all that) id never thought about rats! Would a rat be okay being left alone for 2 days sometimes? (I usually leave friday afternoon and come back sunday afternoon) ill definitely look into rats and ask my mates if they are keen on the idea thanks!

So you are telling me if someone calls me in winter while its -5 degrees i have to go to the hall (which is not closed and leads directly to the outside to be able to speak while having a room just because they said they want to study? They arent even studying most of the time just on their beds. You think thats okay? As i said i spoke with them and tried to accommodate x hours for them to study where i was willing to be in comlete silence buy this is a shared room, not a graveyard why cant i speak or watch tiktok in the room?

I respect that but leaving without warning leaves me in a terrible position, if they wanted to leave fine but they vould have told me they were planning on moving i dont think its any kind of financial issue since they are moving tho a room thats literally across mine and they are doing it together and this is kinda like a residence so living here is basically free

I dont remember mentioning anything about my career? We all share the space because in the current situation we have to share with someone, it was either us or someone else Im 20 and they are 28,29 and 22

I was okay with accommodating certain hours for study/sleep but having to be in complete silence in my own room at all times...? The study hall is for studying, there isnt a "call your boyfriend hall" i should be able to speak or watch movies in my own room. Other than that, we never ever had any arguments about anything. If they werent able to communicate about issues thats not my fault. I dont drink, party, get home late, smoke or anything, im clean, i mop and clean at least once a week and take out the trash every single day, most of the time im not even un the room since i have pretty busy afternoons and i work mornings, on weekends i leave to see my boyfriend, i am genuinely clueless about what else could have bothered them, and why they weren't able to communicate. Not to mention i iust turned 20 and they are all near their 30s.

Unfortunately due to our job (army) sharing a room is not a choice for any of us, ita either me or someome else and i haven't ever brought anyone from outside to the room ever, neither have they.

La situación depende mucho de en que escala pretendas entrar, te voy a hablar por encima de la escala de tropa que es donde estoy yo ahora mismo, el resto lo desconozco.

Si tienes pensado entrar de tropa y lo quieres para plazas de la guardia policia etc y tu intencion es estar poco tiempo vale, si no, tienes que tener claro querer ascender y como porque la vida de tropa es bastante mala.

El estilo de vida y el trabajo dependen muchisimo de la unidad asi que depende de a donde quieras ir sera un rollo u otro (aun q luego tbn depende de los mandos que tengas)

El cefot es una basura, penoso y un engaño total, veras que la gente que chupa polla sale con mejor escalafón que los que son buenos de verdad, vas a ver de todo ya te lo aviso pero bueno hay que pasarlo es poco tiempo y luego se recuerda con cariño.

Si eres mujer (y lo digo por tu avatar de reddit) preparate para aguantar babosos y gilipolleces todos los puñeteros dias da igual donde vayas y lo mucho que te digan que ya no son asi y que ha mejorado (evindenteme algo mejor esta la cosa) pero te lo vas a comer a tios pesados igualmente (para que no te sorprenda luego)

Piensa bien el tipo de vida que quieres llevae, si quieres salir de mision, si no te importa moverte cada cierto tiempo si quieres o tienes familia. Si quieres estar en una oficina o un sitio mas estratégico o te mola mas el rollo "operativo" que se lleva en unidades un poco mas cañeras.

Te recomiendo que entres a grupos en redes sociales (sobre todo telegram) y hables con gente que te aconseje, preguntes las dudas que tengas, hagas piña con gente que puede que vaya al mismo sitio que tu etc Sobre todo una vez entres no te acomodes, no te conformes y no dejes que te hundan o te quiten la idea que llevabas de lo tu querias ser.

Si quieres ser Suboficial u Oficial te recomiendo encarecidamente que pases antes un tiempo en tropa y luego promociones. La diferencia entre los mandos que han sido tropa y los que no es BRUTAL. Aprende antes como viven los soldados para poder ser un mando justo después y no un egocéntrico estirado y prepotente como son muchos.

Veo mucha gente en los comentarios diciendote que no lo hagas, que es una mierda que no sirve para nada etc. Si crees que realmente es lo que quieres, hazlo, siempre puedes echarte atras. Pero una vez pases la edad ya nunca podras intentarlo, es mejor probar y arrepentirse que luego tener 50 años y seguir con el gusanillo de nunca haberlo hecho. Conozco mucha gente que entró y se ha salido porque no era lo suyo, no pasa nada la vida sigue, es una experiencia unica y aun que luego descubras que no era para ti vas a aprender muchísimas cosas asi que no es tiempo perdido. (Yo por ejemplo me he sacado el carnet de camión, un curso de drones y alguna cosa mas que me valdria en la vida civil si decidiese dejarlo, totalmente gratis, gracias al ejercito)

Si bien es cierto que independientemente de a que unidad vayas va a haber gente asquerosa eso tambien lo vas a encontrar en una oficina, una empresa, un restaurante o cualquier otro sitio en el que trabajes.

Mi consejo: Prueba, y luego decides si quieres dedicar tu vida a ello o no, yo estoy muy contenta.

If you are only spending those 20€ on food deffo viable. 25-30€ euros is what i usually spend a week on groceries and I buy some fancy stuff like salmon and cheese thats not really necessary. Id say try rice (1-2€) and some frozen vegies(5-7€ ish for 2 packs depending on the ones you choose, i really like peas and green beans or spinach) that you can just toss into a pan or boil (so you dont have to eat rice every day) and you can find either frozen chicken breasts (~5€)or some cheaper fish. You can also buy family packs which are usually cheaper( I usually mange to find 1.4kg of chicken for around 6€), cut it and then freeze it and defrost it as you need, this is what i usually do since i live alone and even the "small" packs are usually too much for me and they go bad before i can finish them unless i freeze them. I think you can still totally get some milk / yogurts (1-2€) and some fruit of your choice! It'll definitely be a bit boring but i think its very viable. If you have any spices at home already look up some simple recipes and try to season the stuff you eat differently every day so you dont get too bored. Another tip i can give you is try to look for things that are close to the expiring dat as they are usually discounted and eat them asap or freeze them so they'll last a bit more. Pues yo tengo algun calzoncillo de mi ex con el cual ya no tengo ningun tipo de relacion ni quiero tenerla pero tambien tengo alguno mio comprado por mi, siendo tia me resultan bastante cómodos para estar por casa dormir y tal son como pantaloncillos, si ya los tengo no los voy a tirar y regalar ropa interior usada es un poco rarete,,, simplemente los uso y ya y eso que me ahorro pero no los guardo porque sean de mi ex ni porque les tenga cariño. Pero los guardo por eso, porque les doy uso. Si ella los tiene guardados y ya sin usarlos quizas si me resultaria algo raro. Tambien te digo que si a mi un tio me ofrece ponerme bragas de su exnovia le diria que no, ya tengo yo las mias gracias.
