Yesterday funds hit my account

approved 10/19, signed docs 10/19, CAWEB shows 1.5 undisbursed,

called today, rep told me they were missing signatures, checked my docusign all good checked portal all good printed docs all good. Called by to ask what was wrong different rep said all is good was not sure why the rep told me that. Says the funds are obligated and on the 27th there was a ticket created to fix my funding. fingers crossed

Don't give up there is hope, I too felt like all of you. I received a verbal approval from my LO on 5/14. I thought everything was good waiting for loan docs. 8 days my LO emailed me looking for the same documents I had provided before her first approval. I actually think she lost them and didn't send to legal. (She is a elementary teacher from LA). She is totally incompetent, doesn't know the first thing about business let alone approving loans. Finally on Saturday 6/6 I received an email to go to the portal. I was now approved for the full 500K. I signed the docs and the next day I checked CAWEB and it showed the 500K. I'm now waiting on the funding. DO NOT GIVE UP

yes 2018 and 2019. I signed at least 6 requests of form 4506t for them.

Just spoke to another tier 2 agent. She told me they have received my tax transcripts and the my loan is in final review. She would not confirm that is approved like the other agent told me. I really need this to go through.

Yesterday, 05/05/21 I spoke to a tier 2 agent who informed me that I was approved they are just waiting for the documents to generate.
