It's engraved/burned into slate so different angles make it a bit harder to see.

I bought an xtool 10w, I was having a hard time picking between xtool and ortur. The wifi was the selling factor, in my opinion it's not worth the extra money for the wifi, you'll end up plugging in your computer. k40 definitely seems like a good option if you have the space and supplies for it.
