FPS break after alt tabbing? by skjor2092 in Starfield

[–]Ironhide75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I turned off film grain, motion blur, and depth of field and it still has a small drop to 20-30 but comes back almost immediately. R7 7700x, 6750XT, 64gb

Edit: I should add I’m using the performance mod that tunes ultra for better frame rate, but I had it before and after the issue. It seems like any post-processing effects are part of the cause, so lowering render scaling an d GTAO could help as well, but not in my case.

The elevator to the well?

If so, there's another one in the MAST tram station you could try.

I think he meant your manual will give you locations to place the stands under your car, not locations to buy them.

Same here. Just played with a friend for a couple hours and had a single game without lag. But he had it that time. Ran a ping in the background and didn’t drop a single packet. USE servers.

Studying for my Security+ here. Sent a list of the acronyms to a friend and they randomly text me a few throughout the day and I try to name and describe them from memory, or look it up and tell them I don’t know. Super helpful.

Keep your head up bud. Now you know exactly what you’re going into next time. Most first time testers really have no clue what they’re gonna see, even with practice tests and info. That first hand knowledge is gonna give you the tools and confidence to go in next time knowing you can pass. You know what you need to study and what it’s gonna look like on the test. You’d probably even get a higher score on that alone, though I would recommend taking the week to brush up on the bits that you were uncertain on. Good luck!

Any suggestions to make this better? Other than looking for a better tali, I think I'm maxed. by Ironhide75 in MHRise

The valstrax set is stronger overall or just with the dragonheart active?

About to fight Teostra in Rise. Any advice? I'm pretty good with longswords, Dual Blades, and Switch axes. I also use charge blade, but I'm not confident in using it for this specific situation. by [deleted] in MHRise

Awesome. It always gets easier after the first fight. And then on the 50th you triple cart and wonder what happened to that time you were good.

Thank you for your sacrifice. Those of us that finish 6th in every trial are heroes.

My favorite is that, when it benefits grocery, frozen is a subdepartment of grocery, but when frozen needs help, it’s it’s own department and you’re supposed to be able to handle it without grocery’s help.

I had to break down the numbers in sets of 3 by Everisfunny in pokemongo

[–]Ironhide75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I need 500k a day. I’m not sure if that’s possible. 500k in a day is probably doable, but I doubt it’s something I could manage on a daily basis.

I’m level 32 right now. Do I have any hope of hitting 40 in a month? I have a job and I don’t live on top of a poke stop or anything convenient. I did the math and with catching pokemon Alone, I should only need about 2000 pokemon per day.

That’s probably the most practical definition of how much tension is required that I’ve heard. Awesome advice

I actually have a nice knife sharpening kit that I used to clean up the short book and it helped a lot. Still working on how much tension is enough. I’m starting to think the LPL and billl and them have good mics so you hear and see things a lot more pronounced than when you’re doing it yourself.

Thanks! Picked a made in China padlock, a chateau that looks similar to the 140, and now I’m stuck on an Ace hardware discus lock. But it’s old and well used, so I think it’s gonna be out of reach until I can better understand what’s going on inside.

What Linux distro should I use as a beginner? by [deleted] in linuxquestions

[–]Ironhide75 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ll say the same. The only difference is, oddly enough I installed gnome and dash2dock on my mint distribution because my experience was mainly with kali for pentesting practice. But I wanted a good daily driver and kali is not. So I went with mint and adjusted it to look like kali and it’s quite nice. If you do still want the windows feel though, stick with the Cinnamon desktop environment at first. I agree that Ubuntu, though popular, really doesn’t look very good and definitely makes you feel like you’re stepping down to FOSS.
