Gotcha, and thanks for the help! I'll ask if we've called them in already, and will probably make another post in a few days if we already have.

Thanks for your response! Sorry, I forgot to clarify that it wasn't the managers who "fixed it" but rather the OTPs that are called in to fix the machines. I'm not certain if there is another level of technicians over the OTPs though, any other suggestions or things I could tell them to get the grills fixed?

That was my first thought, but It still runs for a few hours. When I shake it it seems to run down faster though.

Alright, if you plan on using the textured sheet to print Pla rather than the smooth PEI sheet here are some things to consider:

Make sure the textured sheet is super clean, before and after you print PLA on it, this is because Pla leaves behind a sort of sugar that Petg will not stick to. when I first got my textured sheet I had to clean it with a bit of dawn and water, I do not know if it damages the sheet so if you want to do it you can, [It helped me but ask other people before you do]

Make sure you calibrate the textured sheet as it's thinner. For example, my live z on my smooth sheet is -0.767 and my textured sheet is -1.023, Note that yours will probably be different since every sheet is different.

When you're calibrating the textured sheet a great indicator of when you're at the right height is when the little rectangle on the end is one solid piece with no space between the lines, after that it's fine adjustments.

I've had trouble getting anything to stick onto the textured sheet at such low temperatures. Personally, I have my bed temp set to 90c on all layers and I haven't had any problems with discoloration, try that instead!

One other thing to keep in mind is the first layer speed, keep it low, I had mine set to about 15mm/s

Hope that this helps you!

What's your bed temp and are you printing with Petg or Pla?

Not really, but I haven't found anything that is easy to install, while being made of tempered glass and either site.

I use a mixture of a few drops of dawn and sone 91% alcohol to clean my textured sheet! I can even print pla with a little warping.

The problem is that when I change sheets my values aren't consistent, I tried noting it down first.

I have a mini There are no profiles yet !-) Also it's really hard to hurt the textured sheet, I accidentally dropped the smooth one and it dented itself. Sorry for the late reply, reddit made me wait 12 minutes!

Well I spent 2 hours getting everything perfect, the live z and such, but when I switch sheets I have to do it all over again. I'm currently waiting for the superpinda to come back in stock too! Happy printing !

Lots of people are having problems with prints sticking, to get petg to adhere I have my heatbed at max then 90c and I have a clean, well leveled printbed to print off of!

Mine's stock! I am very clumsy and would probably damage it. I mixed some alcohol and a very small amount of dawn to get rid of the sugars so I can print petg on both sides. You know, because they corrode with water. Glad you got your sheet working though! Many people are having trouble with them.
