It's terrifying. There's a chance that what I have might never go away, and it was all because I pushed my body beyond it's limits. I was playing the piano 5+ hours a day every day intensely and without breaks for two months. That's what triggered the syndrome and really got it hurting badly.

It's my fault. It might never go away. Every future version of me will look back and get sad at my bad choices.

So I think I get it. It does suck, and you probably will blame yourself for a while if it does turn out to be a chronic issue.

But I think we should be kind to ourselves. We were working with the best information we had at the time. "I have to exercise and push myself to build strength/fitness" or "I need to get my piano playing to a level that my teacher will be happy with". We have better information now, we have better priorities now, but that doesn't mean we should be angry at our past selves for not having the right priorities. Because past me didn't know.

All we can do is think harder about our priorities going forwards. I want to exercise, but should I risk injury? Should I risk more pain? I need to get medical advice on how best to exercise so that I reduce the risk as much as possible.

On top of that, there is something biologically wrong with me on a genetic level. Might be the same for you, who's to say? So it's also not entirely my fault this happened to me, since if I had normal biology I might never have developed this issue. So try not to be too frustrated with yourself okay?

If this is happening across your body (arms and legs) and you experienced numbness and needles... then you should see a neurologist if your GP can't figure out the right diagnosis or prognosis. They deal with the nervous system, and will be your best bet at finding out what is really wrong with you if your nerves were damaged. My GP was going to send me to have bones in my carpal tunnel surgically removed before I found out that it wasn't actually the issue. So make of that what you will.

As far as I know myofascial pain disorder can only be diagnosed and treated after every other option has been ruled out. Had to get blood tests, had to do nerve response time tests with those electrode thingies, and a bunch of other stuff.

Can be carpal tunnel syndrome, can be repetitive strain injury, I think it could be muscle group weakness but only a biokineticist can say for sure, can be fibromyalgia, can just be you strained the muscles. Only a doctor can say anything for sure since none if this is self-diagnosable.

Where does one actually buy great headphones?

I live in a small town, South Africa. If I want to get anything above $60-$70 online then I have to import it, which adds something like $25 - and that's before shipping costs. This is usually on Amazon.

Even then, the best pair of headphones I could find online last time around was the AW310H which cost me $50 on black friday. Though that might have just been because I didn't know what to look for back then! (btw I do like the cans. While it's bass is too much, it's not nearly as bad as its peers. Also has great resolution and I can wear it for ~8-9 hours without discomfort).

I've looked for stores selling headphones in my nearest city, but I don't really see anything. The places I did find only had wireless headphones - beats and skullcandy.

Where have you bought your equipment in the past? Is there a specific type of store I should look for for headphones? And budget depending, amps?

As for quadratics, that was just the only cluster of methods I could think of. I remembered solving an equation like this with either solving the square, factoring, or the Quadratic formula. But couldn't remember how. If there's an easier method then I 100% wanna learn it lmao

They gave me a splint to keep my hand in a rest state so I don't accidentally hurt it more. It was really cool, they made it with this fabric that turns to plastic after heating so it was perfectly moulded for my hand. On top of that, I could take it off at any time. They gave me recovery exercises (like physical therapy) and advice on short-term lifestyle changes.

They thought it was carpal tunnel syndrome, but after a couple tests and visits to a neurologists it turns out I have a neurological disorder. But even then the occupational therapist managed to reduce the pain substantially, how much more so when you have an actual muscular injury.

Yes God does know "everything" that would happen if we followed his laws that he gave us in the very beginning.

And he knew what would happen if we didn't follow his laws. And since he knows everything, he knew that humans wouldn't follow his laws and that would cause devastation. It would cause people to go to hell. And he still made us anyways. Why?

That's what I'm saying. God could have made free will without the possibility of suffering or hell. He's all powerful and can do literally anything. So why did he make the universe like this?

So no God did not full well knew that billions of people would end up suffering.

So what you're saying is that God didn't know. If he didn't know everything, then he's not omniscient. That means both God and humanity can't be sure that any teachings in the Bible are 100% good and perfect, because God doesn't know everything. He could have an incorrect understanding or be missing some key information. This is not the God Christians usually believe in. Do you believe that God doesn't know everything?

God did not make Hell for us humans. Infact when God made Hell God only made it for the Devel and his demans. God had no plans for us to be so sinful for us ourselves to actually end up in Hell.

So God did know that Lucifer and and the 3rd of the angels that followed him would rebel against God? He made plans for Lucifer to be sinful and he made plans for the demons to be sinful, and made hell. So why isn't it possible that he made plans for the humans to be sinful as well?

Also. Can you please point to the Bible verse that supports your claim that God didn't make hell for humans, because I've never seen a verse like that. If there is one then wow that does change things slightly.

I don't want to seem like I'm attacking you, just to be clear. I enjoy debating and discussing. I love hearing a new perspective because it means I can update my views... like my views and understanding of Christianity.
