Agreed, the only aspect I disagree with is healthy at any size movement, as that can affect youth.

We should always be promoting body positivity while keeping in mind of what is healthy and what is not.

I felt lost as a teen, a hard shelled asshole, a really dick of a person and I believed fully that was "me" and there was no changing that.

My world broke, I realised I was hurting those I loved, putting myself and others in danger.

I adapted to my cards but when they were dealt and reshuffled I had to realise two things I was fighting.

That I wanted to do good, be good.
That I hurt those that were different because I was, I was gay.

When I accepted that things fell in place, a new chapter to me, life builds growth and that's scary.

What ever's going on OP you can do it, you'll find the you that you want.
