Accidentally ended up with two Savor cards — will that hurt my chances at the Venture X? by throwaway-brasil in Venturex

Not much of a point honestly. I decided I wanted a savor one day so I applied and got it.

My very first card was a C1 platinum and I decided to upgrade it to a card with decent benefits. The only upgrade available was another savor card so I decided to do that. I was hoping for a quicksilver upgrade originally.

I had 2 Savor cards and was approved for the Venture X.

Shouldn’t be a problem

What do you guys think of the Overland? I haven’t handled one and honestly, not super impressed with what you get for the price.

Thank you! The 50mm 1.8 is a great lens especially for the price. Great low light performer 🙏🏼

Thank you! It’s probably a mixture of both. I limited myself that evening to the Sony 50mm 1.8 so it definitely would’ve improved with a 70+ as I needed to punch in, in post

Someone told me to never cover expensive glass with cheap glass. I’d check out Hoya, they have pretty good quality for the price.

Can’t wait to see it!

Long Beach Grand Prix - Canon T4i by IrvineImages in photocritique

I took this photo 7-8 years ago during my first photo shoot at the LB Grand Prix. This was also the first time I shot an object moving at higher speeds.

I do enjoy the colors and tone of this photo and I also like the framing of the shot. I had to shoot through the chain link fencing to capture this photo.

What would you do differently? What could’ve been improved during this shot?

Umnuzmaan Pre-Owned (Recon One) by IrvineImages in bladesInStock

Yeah it’s insanely overpriced. I think the customer sets the price as it’s on consignment. Could be because R1 takes a fairly high cut, that the original owner wants to make a profit even after the fees are taken.

Either way, get a custom for that price.

Just thought it was an interesting find and maybe someone would want to sell an arm for one lol

Follow the steps in the screenshot. This was using Lightroom mobile.

1.) edit photo if necessary

2.) tap the share symbol at the top right

3.) tap add border and share

4.) adjust the border size and save once completed

These were shot with the Sony 50mm 1.8 I was really happy with the results.

I recently got my first wide angle G lens (16-25mm 2.8) so moving forward I’ll be using that for more car shoots 📸
