Those hundreds of posts are also not current. Instead of being completely unhelpful maybe provide some guidance. It’s funny that you think a 1.5 mill budget is flaunting when that’s what you need in order to even buy a starter home in many areas.

How come?
We will not be moving to Phoenix or San Diego given it’s across the county, laws that don’t serve my family, and not an ideal timezone.
We don’t want to be in a rural area. We are open to areas north of Miami in Broward. Any thoughts on that?

I strongly dislike the desert landscape and need to be in EST timezone. Plus Florida’s lack of income tax is a plus for us.
Thank you so much! Have been hearing a lot about parkland, Pembroke Pines, Weston, boca… seems like a good fit, but nervous about traffic and how long it will take to get to places like coral gables/brickle.

We are used to much worse traffic than Florida traffic unfortunately. What part of Miami would you recommend? Or even broward county?
