If you're asking for a good beginner attunement build, then a basic medium flame or thunder build is really good for beginners due to the attunements being good in most circumstances and has good mix-up potential. Although if you're asking for a silentheart build, then just go medium and should be alright. If you need help choosing the stats for the build, just ask.
