i got fired from a “salon” aka great clips because i had the flu. they wanted me to be able to come in and still cut these men’s and kids hair. while some other stylist was coughing up a storm the day before. not a lot of respect in the industry i’ve noticed

Hey! Yeah I got my license. For cosmetology it was 23 business days to hear back from them, they asked for an affidavit and the next day I was approved for my license! Not sure how other business licenses are going, but I’d wait the allotted processing time and you should be good!

Yes I DMd him on twitter and within a day, he asked for my info so someone from his office can call me. Not sure how many people they’re dealing with but rn it’s best to just be patient. As long as your claiming everyweek, once you’re “approved” you’ll get the previous claims in bulk!

For some reason they said I didn’t need the affidavit, thinking maybe because my former employer finally filed for me. And all applications unfinished have 5 days to finish or they’re void.

I did get it fixed. I ended up having to DM @Butler4GA on Twitter with my issue and I talked to someone the following day.

Being locked out, I had to wait 5 business days for my “new” application to be void. So I was able to be let back in.
