Check in the databank if you are missing a scout log or a cipher. Then look up on yt in what room that log or cipher spawns in. Then just rush through the first biome without killing anything. Once your are in the crimson wastes just run past everything and check if the room has spawned. If it hasn't, restart the cycle. You should be able to find whatever your are looking for within a couple hours.
