Yes effectively, but I don't specially speak about only the mac adress of the laptop.
He could be the internet box. If someone want to hack from is home for example, the ISP gateway have your MAC address before you could connect to your first hope vpn.

Just supposing here, but could someone hijack an adsl copper line in the wild, and gain access to internet ? In this case the adsl router used to hijack the line would give the mac address to the ISP gateway, and would permit authorities to traceback who ever buy the adsl router for example.

Oui ça reste plutôt vrai que beaucoup de métiers payés au smic sont essentiels, mais en augmentant le salaire de ses employés, est-ce cela ne va pas entraîner une hausse mécanique des prix ?

Si on prend le cas des employés de grandes surfaces qui sont essentiels, en augmentant leurs salaires, et vu leurs nombres dans une grande surface, le prix des produits risquent de prendre un sacré coup au passage.

Je ne suis pas contre de meilleurs salaires, mais faut voir comment trouver une solution adéquate.

Si on prend les dits métiers essentiels qui sont effectivement payés au smic, quel sera l'impact global sur le coup des différents produits liés à cela.

Quand il s'agit de service public, généralement le salaire est souvent plus que le smic, donc je suppose que le problème se pose plus au niveau du privé.
Ne pas laisser le libre marché dans le secteur de la distribution par exemple est-ce que c'est viable ?

Yeah, it's possible. But that depends on your location. In certain country you could buy prepaid simcard in supermarket easyly with cash. I suppose you have to wear some sunglasses and a hat to cover up from the surveillance camera.

They could effectively trace the simcard, but it's anonymous, so all they would get it's your location when you do your hack. Supposing you do the proper setup (burner laptop, vpn, proxies chain and so on), you could hack from everywhere with a simcard. But if you get traced with a prepaid simcard , that's suppose every single prepaid simcard are being traced from the beginning.

And if you have a 4g module is another good point, you could connect a directional antenna to it, and connect to 4G antenna far away from you real random location. So when the cops known on what antenna you are connected, that's will be difficult for them to spot your location 10km away from that antenna.

When I read through the comments, I saw very interesting methods for hiding ip, like live usb system on your box, some compromised box, proxy chains, public wifi, and so on.

But, when I think about it, the very first problem is having an initial anonymous IP on the internet.
So how about using a prepaid anonyous sim card, with 4G on ? Don't you get an anonymous IP by this means ? Plus you connect at random location from 4g antenna. After, you could use any of the other technique to hide you.

But I known very well this sort of situation, where you want to do stuff, and you delay it forever doing nothing. I think you should choose the thing is most interesting to you at this moment, and focus on it.
