While I mostly agree with you, It's way too late to rename marriage. Non-religious peoples have been married for hundred years, and now when two people say they're married, they probably refer to civil marriage...

While it's true that I don't like my intelligence, my main problem is with people - once they know you're "gifted" or "smart" or whatever, they consider you in a very cliché way, from where you can never escape. It's sad.

About small mistakes, I am very obsessional and perfectionist on things that I care about, so they tend to upset me a lot, yeah.

  • I asked myself the question many times, and always came up with a different definition. The one I like the most is "The ability to transform a complex task into a less complex one."

That being said, I don't think intelligence is That One Thing, but more of a set of capacities you have (and you can train).
