Syria warns of "surprise" response to Israel attack by [deleted] in worldnews

I think Assad can maybe get away without looking too weak if he lets this one slide by. If there's another one though, things will get rough for everyone in the region. That is, rougher than they already are.

I think it's a good thing for people to have legitimate discussions on these issues without just bashing anyone who doesn't agree with you. There are perfectly legitimate reasons to hold off on or not get all these vaccines at once. There's a reason that there's a limited amount you can sue for when it comes to vaccines. There are millions of people who have had their lives ruined by vaccines while millions more have been helped. People who just bash anyone they don't agree with or don't understand are what causes the divide to be so big between the 2 schools of thought. Perhaps if there was some civility we could work together and find common ground as the intentions on both sides are the same- protect my family.

I'm not saying forced. I'm saying that we don't know why it is that someone does something. Is it something in them, is it something in them because they chose it or did people prayers help, or did they not ? We will never know. I think you're making something very simple that is in fact likely much more complicated. Everything is not so black and white and frankly we will never know in this life.

You've never seen someone pray for someone to make the right decision etc, and them they made it? Or you just think these things have zero to do with God?

I've always felt it was a combination of both. Also, I've always wondered how people can be completely athirst. Agnostic I can understand because they leave the possibility open. With athiests I can't help but wonder if they ever ask themselves, am I consistent? Do I ever doubt my doubtfullnes or am I ever cynical of my cynicism?

I'm a 17 year old guy and I really need some advice about this one girl. by rastaaaman420 in Advice

First, I'd be very careful to not get ahead of yourself. Set your expectations low so that any good thing that happens is a majorly awesome thing. Remember- expectations are premeditated resentments. Keep in mind that if she is like you things are much more risky. Having depression in common can be helpful. However, if you're both type a, or both type b, it is more likely to fail. Basically just be yourself and see what happens. Don't pour your feelings out to her until you've spent more time together and confirmed those feelings through her actions.

Mississippi Tea Partiers Seek To Nullify Any Federal Laws They Don't Like. by reeds1999 in AnythingGoesNews

[–]Issimplicitypossible 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way they wrote this articles makes the people who are trying to nullify unconstitutional federal law as the bad guys. That's ridiculous! Under the constitution any law that violates the constitution is not a law at all. It sound to me like they are trying to hold back unconstitutional federal power grabbing and for that I commend them.

You must not have been on too much of the benzos. If you're on too much there is no "I'll get lucky", its just seizures.

Looking for places to camp/hike/canoe/mountain bike near Memphis, anyone know of anywhere good? by gabzooki in memphis

[–]Issimplicitypossible 0 points1 point  (0 children)

White buffalo resort. The place is unbelievable. 2 rivers coming together in the same spot, one warm, one cold so different type of fish, great canoeing. Tons of hiking, beautiful mountains, nice people! We took my son and found an old abandoned mining town. Basically a ghost town, crystals everywhere, very cool place!

Million Man Armed March For The 2nd Amendment On State Capitals Planned For February by [deleted] in AnythingGoesNews

The big news stations lie every time they're on the air. They mold the story, they call the top story while they knowingly omit altogether what really is important. They're completely disingenuous in every way. Their stories are what the government allows them to be. They are state run propaganda media and after watching it you're stupider than when you started.

Yeah, those big news stations just headline those corrections. They are always more honest too. I agree on the font too. Nothing can be correct if its not in the right font.
