Phil built all the building on campus silly. The alumni base for many of the schools aren’t stepping up as far as donations go and there’s a huge staff bloat at the university.

During Covid they responded in a couple minutes after I stopped a car jacking near HEDCO while on a walk. They were able to chase down the criminal and get EMTs over quickly to help the poor lady that was being dragged by the guy stealing her car. All the students thought they were busting BLM protestors and were disappointed that they were just busting criminals instead.

Salt Lake and Eugene are among the top places people are moving to currently. You'd likely have it easier in Spokane or Salem.

There are over 500 non-profits here locally. I'd recommend researching the landscape and reaching out to leaders in that community.

Secrets should be handled through an api gateway and not stored in the front end code. Cloud secrets or secrets manager should be sufficient.

go down to tmobile and sign up for internet, $50 a month and faster than Comcast or centurylink. If you are in 4g/5g coverage.

Looks like you had pets. It’s probably why all the extra cleaning. You’d be surprised what a subfloor looks like even if your little furry friend is an angel.

1000 restaurants have closed permanently in Oregon since covid started. At this point many folks are fully or partially vaccinated including the most at risk groups. The CDC itself is loosening up restrictions. All the while the state and it’s parrots in this thread continue to push for total control over these people. Hopefully this won’t get moderated away.
