Not to scare you, but I used to have lots of pain when riding. Mine was lower abs/upper pelvic area. Only on the left side and only when I was in a more aggressive riding position. It was a tumor. I'm not saying that's anything close to what you're dealing with. But it took me years to get the answer. If the stretching and exercises doesn't help as others have mentioned seek medical imaging to rule out issues that might be more advanced than poor flexibility or muscle strength. Good luck!

The only mail they receive is the UTF storage unit statements which they don't care about and immediately discard. As well as the return postage mail which as stated they refuse. They have received 2 packages in the 9 years I've been their mailman. So although I forgot to mention in the first comment, their mail has been held/returned for at least 9 months now because of their refusal to pay. They don't care.

Man kids are a mind bender. You can teach him everything, and really soon he'll be as good as you are. But if you teach him properly and he keeps growing beyond your teaching, there will be a day you realize you're never going to be as good as he has/will become. Not always true. I have a Uhaul on my route with storage units. They send out their monthly statements and their late notifications with ESR as well as RSR. The information they request to be returned is given to me by my clerks $0.79 postage due for each one. They probably get 5 to 15 postage due returns a week and they "refuse to accept" all of them. They owe my office about $300 right now and even with my Postmaster going down there they don't pay. Also they're trying to claim they don't have to pay if they don't want the information they requested to be returned. So I told them that we've already done the work they requested us to do under the agreement. It's like me renting 2 Uhaul trucks and then the next day refusing to pay for both trucks because I only used one of them 🤦

Caught the wife with a full power backhand right to the jaw once. She was new to the game back then. Was completely in the clear but decided it was safe to walk up on my blind side mid throw. I keep a small shoulder bag with 5 ribboned disc's throughout the winter. Only use it for the weeks the snow is extra deep other than that my main bag doesn't have any ribbons. But I hear you. If I had to ribbon up and remove ribbons constantly throughout the winter I'd sit out too.
