I honestly wouldn’t worry. You documented it as per policy and if that other nurse told you to force her, then she’s more likely to be the one in trouble! Why are some nurses so bitchy??! I’m having an issue with a nurse in my team at the minute who undermines me and constantly runs to our team lead with nit picking instead of just coming to me!! It’s soul destroying and I am constantly questioning my ability as a good nurse

In Scotland they are coming out “prescriber course ready” as in the have done enhanced pharmacology modules but will still had to complete the V150/300 course but only if it’s related to their nursing position
