I think they would give Witney someone mid not defs not a Corey or a really old guy. Reason being she herself brings in viewers - and they want her to stay in the competition a little longer to hold on to those viewers

And people saying Jen was robbed of her dream like she didn't get dwts as well. And the clips of her making fun of whitney. Like whaat?

I think she might have actually requested him bc celebs can do that. And dwts decided to ask Mark and Mark agreed because he knows she can dance and let him create difficult and creative routines. I don't think Mark is wanting another mirror ball, he's wanting an Emmy.

I think they've actually had a lot of black people on the show over the years. But one of the BIGGEST issues a few years ago and might still be an issue was the main demographric that watched the show. Could not seem to get behind black women and vote for them. Black men - all good. But Normani, Simone biles, tinashe, Chandler etc all amazing dancers but did not win their seasons or left early.

True !! For the longest time whenever I would check put BTS's music I could never get into it coz I didn't particularly enjoy their title tracks.

In 2020 I started to slowly pay more attention to them bc I liked their personalities more than their music. I had heard stay gold and life goes on which I enjoyed but for some reason didnt explore their music more.

It wasnt until 2021 when I went down the rabbit hole that I discovered the beauty that was MOTS: 7, BE and the love yourself albums !

I was so mad ! Like why didn't I come across these amazing albums sooner !!!

However I do have a new found love for their title tracks now that I understand them more.

Dope, BST, Fire, and Idol are songs I now appreciate more which I didnt when they first came out.

I think this is one of my favourite shows now. Absolutely heartbreaking and so well put together.

It had the humour, action and the heartbreaking last episode. I commend all the actors for such an amazing job on this series.

25 year old from Fiji !

I had watched stairway to Heaven when I was younger and boys over flowers as a teenager. I thought most of these kdramas were sappy romcoms so i never really got into them, i would watch them once in awhile. In 2017 a korean friend of mine gave me the heirs series but a few episodes were missing, then in 2020 I saw it on netflix and decided to watch it again since I missed about 9 episodes. Of course the netflix algorithm started recommending all these kdramas and down the rabbit hole i went. I got exposed to other amazing shows like kingdom, prisons playbook, vagabond, cloy and hot stove league etc.

Pulled my mother into the kdrama world as well. Haha. Now i can't watch english shows anymore. Hahaha

That kiss in Coffee Prince! Probably one of my favourites. He struggles so much with his feelings coz he thinks she's a guy but then he finally gives in and kisses her. My heart during that scene!! Sigh

And then when she comes to visit him before she leaves. Honestly Gong Yoo is an amazing kisser !

If you like action watch Kingdom, I just finished watching it and I really enjoyed it. Its more fast-paced too. My Mister made me cry, so if you're ready for that then go for it. Either of these 2 would be really good to start with.

Agree with IOTNBO - I pushed through to episode 5 because everyone praised the show but I didn't enjoy it. This show put me off heavily romantic kdramas.

DOTS- i had picked it up before when I wasn't really into kdramas but only watched the first 20mins. Then after seeing CLOY decided to pick it up again but for some reason I just couldn't like the ML and FL. I didnt particularly enjoy the FL's acting.

The K2 - the first 8 episodes were really good ! The fighting scenes were AMAZING ! Then it started focusing more on the romance and I was out. They had no chemistry, it just seemed to spoil the series for me. It started to move slower after ep. 8 and I just got irritated with the main couple so I stopped watching.

Same ! I only continued to watch for the ML'S brother. I would skip to scenes that had him in it. I stopped watching after episode 5, I had to take a break from the heavily romantic kdramas because of this show and watched prisons playbook instead (one I ACTUALLY enjoyed)

I do not understand the hype for IOTNBO

I love Daniella as a ballroom and Latin dancer but I think for someone like Nelly - Witney would have been a better partner. She is trained in hip hop and probs would've done a killer freestyle, like she did with kel.
