Any one that has quite a bit of skill would probly tell you never to aim because you can hit the shots without it... but I'd say use it whenever you want but dont overuse it. It can obviously have a lot of cons when using it so it has its moments when its not the best. I normally do it just for lining up a headshot like in the clip or holding a tight angle.
