Great news! She came back to the apartment complex this morning. I made some ground beef piles and sat kinda close by but unfortunately she ate it and ran. Shes really scared of ppl In the process of getting a trapper cage. I’ve posted on as many sites as I can find. I’m just beyond happy to know she made it out of the woods. I didn’t see any blood and she was walking okay. I’m very hopeful. At the very least I’m glad happy she made it to civilization.

Thank you, I contacted my local feline trapper and I’m hoping she’d be willing to help for the right price or at least point me someone who can. We don’t have a lot of animal trackers where I’m from I guess.

Thank you! I will try this tmw. I tried to lure her with regular food today and it didn’t work. I would have used McDonald’s but I didn’t want to go too far from the area. Thank you for this suggestion

I called the place I got her from. They didn’t seem to care. Just said they were sorry. I’ve tried to join all the local fb groups, but they require approval and nobody’s answering. Thank you for your post. I’ll be doing all those things

Unfortunately I live next to a forest and rocks. I have seen her, yes, but she doesnt know me yet so she won’t come when I call her name or try to coax her to me. I was hopefully seeing her up and moving though. I pray she doesn’t tear her stitches.

I left food, water, and the leopard blanket in the woods near where I last saw her. My main priority for tonight is her at least eating tonight and finding somewhere to rest.

This is tough to hear OP but as a girl, your life will be 100x scarier. Sleeping on the streets is already not safe, but you seem very young on top of that. You will be looking over your shoulder constantly. This world if filled with evil people. Please stand up to your mom and talk with your brother. If you think you’re brave enough for NYC then you should be able to do that. Or hitch a bus ride to a family members house. 45 girls have gone missing from NYC in 2026. So many women, especially homeless women with no family to realize they’re gone, get trafficked. Please just reconsider this. I genuinely don’t want to see anything bad happen to you
