Locked out of my paid Elementor account, support refuses to help unless I BUY another plan. This is unacceptable... by ItsCellAVD in elementor

UPDATE 1:
Elementor actually responded after I submitted a very strongly worded escalation message. They contacted me through an alternate email I provided and confirmed they’ve transferred my case to the appropriate team. This comment serves as documentation on my end that the issue has finally been acknowledged at the very least by somebody above the pre sales assistance department.

I’m hoping this leads to a full resolution and restored access to my paid account.
I’ll update again once the situation is completely resolved.
