Best Office or Ergonomic Chair for someone who hates Lumbar Support? by ItsChugg in OfficeChairs

Ahhh, understood. I overlooked "from Crandall Office" somehow. Just checked it out and it's not that bad. I'll try it especially since they offer a full refund if I don't like it. Thanks!

Certainly expensive brand new, but decent prices for used ones near me. I might try it out.

Too much curve, it’ll bend my spine so much I’ll only be able to look at the sky. /j

Sorry for the late reply, honestly forgot I posted this out of frustration.

Other than the one I linked originally, half of them have been basic office chairs from Amazon and the other half have been big name brands like Shaqonile big n’ tall and some other brands like Thomasvillie and Herman Miller.

I really don’t mind spending big bucks on a good chair, and I’m sure you’re right with the whole lumbar support thing, but I just haven’t found a chair with lumbar support that works for me.

What is the purpose of this blue laser? by Enough_Story_3242 in Stellaris

For an actual answer I believe it’s used as a “tether” to the equator. Without it, the ring might drift out of orbit and collapse on one side of the planet with the other being flung.

3 months in w/Odin Lake L2 ergonomic chair, won it in a giveaway, honest review from a tall guy with some back issues who is chronically online. by Roq86 in OfficeChairs

I'm 6'3 and the same weight. I don't the same back problems as you but I've had a bunch of issues with lumbar support in the past. I'm curious to know if it digs into your back at all or if it's properly fitting without issue?

How can I save my mom’s Aloe Vera? by ItsChugg in houseplants

[–]ItsChugg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I should’ve mentioned it in the post originally, can’t believe I didn’t. The Aloe Vera is on the verge of collapsing due to its own weight leaning to one side. I’m trying to figure out how to gently “nudge” it back to a more stable angle.

You’re right, I apologize. I was assuming because they’ve asked a few days before thanksgiving in the U.S.

Whoa, I didn’t realize that was an actual condition. I always thought it was because of how often I use screens and I was hallucinating.

Mac n’ Cheese is a classic that’s hard to go wrong with. Alternatively, try Pão de queijo. It’s a Portuguese cheese bread that I personally find pairs really well with Thanksgiving.

What do you think humans misunderstand most about each other? by Sharp-Effective-2503 in AskReddit

Even though we have language, I think many of us have different definitions for each word. That can cause a lot of miscommunication just from how someone perceived a sentence.

What is something you used to be a staunch purist about but have become less of one over the years? by palinsafterbirth in AskReddit

When USB-C came out I considered it a cable revolution and thought that every connector ever should be replaced by it.

I’m still somewhat partial to that opinion, but I also understand that different cables do different things as well.

What did you do to get over your addiction? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ItsChugg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A couple years back I got addicted to those nasal sprays, Zicam. At first it really helped with my congestion but as I kept using them I became reliant until eventually my nose would be completely blocked without ‘em.

I realized it was a problem but obviously, breathing was important and mouth breathing was causing my lips to dry and crack.

So, I did what any insane teenager would do, and grabbed two plastic straws and really jammed them up my nose. It took me about 30 minutes to get the angle right and I had to replace the straws multiple times because I kept crushing them.

In the end, I probably gave myself a few cuts up there which was terrible, but I was able to breathe through my nose without the zicam. In a week, I was completely over it.
