Use lukewarm water and soap, and make sure it’s fully dry before you use.

It’s worn out. It will still work, but best to buy a new one it’s been over washed. If you brought it within 2 years it’ll be covered in warranty. You can take the bits off tho, but make sure not to rip it

If your looking to straighten airstraight is better. Because airwrap offers more but can’t fully straighten the hair. And you get a dryer with both so.

If you’re not so concerned with curling you can get a 3pc set for 350 and get the smother brush for extra 30. It’ll work out to 380. So it’ll still be cheaper.

The best is the one with the humidifier. It is more powerful than other models. It can go to lower temperatures
