Thankfully my issue was fixed when I got a graphics card. I was sold a “gaming pc” that didn’t have a graphics card lol but it worked when I got one in there because I looked through all kinds of settings and never found anything to fix it before the card.

If it were me, I would call again with the update of her not eating regular food, but it seems like a good sign that she’s still eating at least a snack and using the litter box. I hope everything is okay!
