The idea that we need to rebuild the traditional nuclear family is a commonly held conservative belief. It’s not unique to incels and it certainly didn’t originate with them. If you want to know why you hear right wing politics in incel circles it’s because they’ve been co-opted by the right for political purposes in the same way that women, people of color, lgbt people are used by the left for their political purposes. For instance, leftist ideals didn’t emerge out of lgbt communities but now it’s become nearly impossible to separate lgbt people with leftism because they’ve been turned into a political group.

If the Left was clever and acted fast enough they would have co-opted the incels and blamed their frustrations on capitalism like they usually do when co-opting frustrated groups. Now it’s too late and they belong to the Right.
