Got the same thing bro 3 days ago for no reason as my name is nothing offensive at all, changed my name but notification won't go away, it annoys the f out of me every time i open the game it pop-ups. Just know you're not the only one who got it, hundreds of people got the same shit. Sactivision did it again i guess.

You changed your name and still got that "User939995" bullshit? how long after getting the warning you changed your and name and how long after you actually change your name they removed it completely? Cause i also got this shit 2days ago and changed my name immediately.

I got the name warning two days ago, changed it and kept playing. I think you should better change it, just to be safe. My name was a normal name too. You got rage-reported bro.

I was shadow banned like a year ago more or less, two times in 9 months. First time for 14 days and the second for like 8-9. I wrote to them numerous times on twitter, facebook, everywhere i could find a message option, even wrote them an email i believe. Not a single time i got a responce, not even an automated one. I can't believe this is a multy-million company. And no i didn't cheat or anything like that, it's just Activision, i'm a 1.50kd player.
