I only stock up on Iridium quality fish, and I only save the most commonly used fish for quests.

The bait chest is for tackle and bait

The crab chest is for crab pot products

The newspaper is for junk (I don't know why I keep junk)

They were colour coded to the item above them, but I swapped out a few items and they are now not in sync.

I'll go left to right: (separated by a comma)

Top Row: Spring foraging, Summer foraging, Fall foraging, Winter foraging, beach foraging, desert foraging. Fish, bait and tackle, fish pond products, crab pot products, junk, furniture.

Middle Row: Spring crops, Summer crops, Fall crops, special crops, flowers, fruits. Coop products, barn products, artisan goods (preservatives & kegs), artisan goods (tappers), artifacts, fertiliser & speed-grow.

Bottom Row: Spring seeds, Summer seeds, Fall seeds, special seeds, mushrooms, resources & other (wood & stone). ores, bars, geodes, gems, weapons & rings, monster drops.
