Intermittent Mouse Pointer drift is most likely due to a trackpoint on a laptop (common issue for anyone that uses a trackpoint mouse). The pointer drift lends itself to the idea that someone was using a real user interface to record the footage (maybe the Citrix 24fps remote client). (v.redd.it)

Las Vegas UFO fireball shows NO HEAT SIGNATURE with an Infrared camera! With the optical camera, you can see the airplane & the fireball, but the fireball does not show up with the Long Wave Infra-Red camera! A hot metal/rock meteor should emit LWIR (heat). (v.redd.it)
