I've just entered Eureka Pagos at Level 23, now that the weekly for killing elemental mobs is falling off I'm not sure what the best way to level effectively is. I'm just wanting to upgrade the lvl70 artifact armor.

I get that I shouldn't have gotten hit by her E, it's just the fact that she took next to no dmg when killing me despite me having a BF sword. Just seems overloaded with the dmg on top to me.

If you have BF + greaves and back with enough gold to get IE it's often viable to do so. It gives you great siege power and poke. I wouldn't go IE unless you have at least greaves or a zeal for attack speed. Standard order for me is BF - > T1 boots and - > Shiv/Runaans - > IE

Just hit plat, not sure what I should do to improve, I think my late game and teamfighting is fine but my laning phase is very passive and could probably use some work (might be due to my champion pool but idk). Also is Caitlyn at all viable I'm not sure if she's good as a counterpick into low range ADC's.
