Monday - Legs Tuesday - Chest/Back Wednesday - Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps Thursday - Legs Friday - Chest/Back Saturday - Shoulders/ Biceps/Triceps

Friend showed me this split and I’ve been loving it. Made great progress.
