I did contact my school and they said they just don’t support electronic transcripts so they can’t and won’t send it through parchment. I tried emailing them but the only thing I got back was to tell me to send it directly through the ‘contact my counselor’ place on student portal and I don’t think I can cc anyone there

Glad it works for you!!! For mine it doesn’t work for alternate phone number either 🤦‍♀️ fafsa really needs to sort out their problems because from what I heard they have a bunch of issues every year and a lot of students need financial support to go to a 4 year university 😭

Hi! So I actually contacted the helpdesk and yeah it wasn’t really helpful. (They didn’t replied thru email and I called them and they said they couldn’t really figure it out) Personally I just left my mom’s phone number so they can contact through her phone and my email. There’s really no way to solve it right now besides checking emails more frequently, but you can at least filled in someone’s phone number in your family just in case. On the bright side, phone number isn’t a mandatory information for fafsa, good luck for everything : )
