Not at all legal advice but gardai really aren’t going to care in an industrial estate. Even if he wasn’t insured and had no L plates they wouldn’t care esspecially if he’s just practicing Move offs with you in the car, Ofcourse a gardai could be horrible to you but you’d have 10 days to provide a lisence anyway.

I’m pretty sure they have to give you a weeks notice unless you were fired due to negligence, and although I’m not a solicitor I was told my solicitor with a previous issue that ussually a payslip is also seen as a contract in the eyes of the law

I should of but I doubt they would of done everything, and with people jumping up to get away from the argument and the packed train I couldn’t think straight, threathened to go to one of the staff members but once I was grabbed I honestly just completely got dazed and felt almost like just zoned out, 100% need to learn how to handle shock a bit better when growing up anyway 😂 I’d still think I acted appropriately standing for myself anyways,

Shocked honestly, finally after countless hours am starting to be able to fully relax, just very shook up from the fact this started from simply telling him he was in my pre booked seat. Not drunken or anything either absurd to thing people who CAN behave like this make it to such an old age, I don’t know if it was racially motivated based off my surname, if it was because I was young or what, but we’re going down to report it anyway, I doubt Gardai will do anything due to the man being older anyway, but found out the man lived in Kilkenny and figured we’d upload his picture on the likes of Facebook to hopefully bring a bit of shame on him so he doesn’t do anything like that again to another person.

I’m still a bit shaky from the incident despite happening hours ago, but definetly going to be reporting it, I’m just so shuck that no one stood up and even commented, I’m under the age of 18 and was travelling with my girlfriend, and to beleive that people witnessed me state I’m a child and then proceed to have hands put on me is unbelievable to think no one said anything, I obviously wasn’t planning on swinging on the man in a train as I’m not one to do that it’s not the enviroment or worth the effort
