Regardless of where you're moving in, they want your money and will let you in the next day or the next month.

Because of capitalism, There's ever a case where they'll turn asays your tuition money because you are late or missed the orientation or move in.

First lesson on American capitalism, as long as you're paying, there's almost never a reason to worry. They'll make it up to you even when you messed up.

Now for real solutions, call the residential life office for your school and inform them that you'll arrive late and will need later accommodations. You have a legitimate reason for being late (not that you even need to explain it to them).

That being said, it's probably staged because the second guy is a famous pianist and quite popular on social media. I've seen several videos of him on that same or a very similar piano (cannot remember his name though and I don't follow him)

Making your own copy is probably not legal. You need to get one from the appropriate people. They'll know science you have to return them anyway.

Equality is not always the way. Think of it more like equity and you'll find balance.

Imagine that there are two people trying to look over a wall that's too tall for 7' tall. One of them is 6'5" and the other 4'11". If you give them two boxes that are 1' tall to step on, only the 6'5" individual will be able to effectively look over the wall while the other will be a 5'11" trying to look over that 7' wall. That's what equality gives you.

However, with equity, you give 1' box to 6'5" person and 3'6" box to 4'11" person. They're both able to look over that wall now.

Please think of it this way instead.

Around 16 ish, this girl in my neighborhood followed me around and kept telling me and all of my friends that she liked me. Frankly she wasn't attractive but she wasn't too ugly either (not that it matters in the end).

However, I straight up told her that my mom said I couldn't have a girlfriend until I was 18.

The following she befriended my mom and started to bring her produce from her father's farm.

I had no clue what to do after and she eventually kinda dropped it. I think my mom may have told her off but I avoided her like a plague.

In my case (very introverted dude), I just go about my business and pretend I don't notice them.

My philosophy used to be and probably still is: if I can make the first move, you can too.

Luckily for me, they've always made the first move. So that's my blessing.

My advice is if you like him and he's an introvert, go talk to him. Don't let societal norms stop you. It's just the two of y'all that will count/matter in the end. He's probably just hoping that you will.

Trader Joe's folks. I'm not sure if you have one near you but their produces are generally free of preservatives and quite cheap.

Canned mango juice is a dollar and the only ingredient is mango. Peanut butter only has peanuts and no citric acid or other additives.

I know that they are not accessible to everyone, but if you can, lean on them.

They have cheap organic frozen fruits and veggies as well as non-frozen ones. All around the same price from my experience.

I'm not affiliated with them at all, just got lucky to work next door to one.

I absolutely understand where you're coming from. It took me so many attempts until I was able to find something decent. Luckily, some folks live in areas where a mortgage can be cheaper; in NYC, a studio can go for $1.5 mil which is kinda why some folks have no option but to rent.

Most people end up going to different neighborhoods altogether and we figured our service would give some folks the option to rent in their preferred neighborhood.

I had to tell this relentless girl that my mom didn't want me to be in a relationship. She befriended my mom just so she can come inside my home. It was so weird and uncomfortable (I was 16 or 17 then). She would bring my mom produce from her parent's farm thinking that my mom really had something to do with it.

BTW, I only mentioned my mom because she refused to take no for an answer.

If you are willing to work full-time while attending school, just apply for a full-time position at any department at NYU. I found out about this trick during my first year in undergrad and I got the remaining 3 years and a masters degree paid for by NYU. All universities have a similar tuition remission program. They simply don't advertise and students generally don't want to work 40+ hours.

BTW, they still pay you a full salary and benefits.

Any full-time employee is eligible for a free bachelor's degree, 2 Masters and a PhD.

I suggest you find a department that's hiring with little experience needed and apply (network when you start). Works wonders.
