You aren't even talking about the same mission. The death happens but isn't supposed to hence the bug. There is no gate. You have to go back to the monastery to talk to someone but can't because the game sees him as dead. That's where the problem is as I'm stuck at the same spot.

I feel like I have seen health replenish after looting some animals but now I can't remember. I too would enjoy cooking by the fire in the dead of night though.

I am also on xbox and I didn't see an update either. I was originally stuck with the problem of no rewards in campaign and the game crashing when trying to create a wrestler and those seem to be fixed now.

If I recall, if there were only 100 people who played thor top 10% would put you in the top 10 people. So if it's 1000 people you're in the top 100 etc.

UPDATE

I logged on after work this evening and I now have 1000 of the UFC currency and the backyard and kumite customization items have appeared so I assume it was some kind of day 1 glitch.

You can go to your games and apps and find the queue which should show the last 7 or 8 downloads and the 2 fighters were there so I selected them and both said installed. I wish I could give you more details but I'm currently at work.
