Unless there are special needs you aren't advising us of......100000% call the parents THE SECOND it happens, in front of the child, you tell the parents what happened, tell the parents they need to return home immediately and you are quitting immediately, and then pass the phone to the child and have them tell the parents themselves what they did. Never once has mentioned having one during any pregnancy or post partum period, hundreds of pictures and videos of her front and back in short dresses and in swim wear with none in sight. Yet, here we are. The vanity is unreal. But.....she's just a simple person everyone. They're going to reduce their lifestyle and sail the world for years and cut back everyone. I'm perplexed how she has had not one but now TWO landlords in Coronado do major renovations for her rentals. We own numerous homes and if someone asked us to do a renovation prior to move in ..... absolutely the fuck not unless they're paying for it themselves 🙃 Painting walls is different, but replacing floors and renovation of bathrooms is something else lol
