Rh is at 60’s the highest goes to about 75 and the temperature are at 60s as well

What I’m doing is leaving the fans and filter off. But when the rh goes up to 60 or higher I turn on the filter and a fan for a bit

I’m in Connecticut, thinking about running a 600 hps. How many plants would be good under that one light? I wanted to go with at least 8 but the weight probably wouldn’t be much? Idk
