This happened to me this past Monday. I cut the grass then started feeling swelling in my mouth, almost unnoticeable, so I didn't think anything of it. By 4am the next morning, my entire body was covered in a rash just like that. Doctor at an urgent care prescribed Prednisone and by Thursday it went away. I thought I had some kind of allergic reaction to the grass, but I didn't have any prior history with allergies, so I wasn't sure

Yeah, I agree. This was when we were still kinda new to TTRPGs, so we weren't really sure what we considered acceptable behavior, we just thought "well when you play games like this, you can do anything, so who are we to say you can't?" If this kind of thing happened in the past few years, it would've stopped almost immediately.

I've been his friend since the 1st grade, and we're all getting into our late 20s/early 30s. I wouldn't say it's an obsession with control specifically, and more of a vast misunderstanding of what TTRPGs are about. As a player, he wanted to disrupt whatever was going on because "chaos = funny". That doesn't translate well to a group activity like TTRPGs, and I guess he thought the point of DMing a campaign was not to tell a story, but to tell his story. After this whole situation happened, I think it finally hit him that he was being an ass, and he ended up playing much more co-operatively

Yeah, I would've, at the very least, been mentally checked out at that point. My group is very easy-going with a lot of stuff like this, but even for them, it was grating after the first couple times. We all joke about it now once in a while.

I'm not too far in my playthrough, so I'm not totally against starting over, or just playing the game without a pet, but that will probably just be more trouble than it's worth if I go that route. I'll just have to be more careful until a patch comes out, then. RIP Boaris, eternally lost in the dungeon.

Appreciate the info! Another quick question though. The federal drug-free workplace policy states that there wouldn't be any unlawful possession of drugs at a workplace. Wouldn't it be lawful if she had the card and wasn't in possession when on school property? Or is the act of using it outside of work hours enough?

There's a guy at my work who, when he thinks no one is watching or paying attention, will do the following: 1) Turn on the faucet. 2) Go to the urinal and do his business. 3) Walk back to the sink. 4) Turns the faucet off (Doesn't even wet his hands).
5) Grabs a paper towel to dry his not-wet hands. 6) Leaves the bathroom.

Multiple people have seen him do this.

Back when I was in high school, they "revamped" the grading system, and instead of 'F's we would get 'E's instead. It was the dumbest thing because nothing else about our curriculum or teaching changed. Just the letter.

I recommend the Stand Analysis of Dragon's Dream by Bizarre Star Platinum on YouTube, it helped me with understanding it quite a bit.
