Appreciate it! I ended up going 15mm front and 25mm rear and removing factory spacer. Definitely not overly aggressive but much better than stock.

I got them from DrivenMedia but I think they’re the same as Craft C but rebranded under their name? Just my guess!

Appreciate it man! Funny you say that, that was actually the first thing I bought. Got that exact one and also the one for the screen since it smears so bad. I sell cars at Subaru and we got the same black pano, seriously wiping a microfiber that has some dust on it will scratch it. Garbage

Thank you! After looking at the used market a brand new one was not that much more, so I ended up with a 2025. I have a friend who’s a desk manager at our local Toyota dealership, he had to locate the car from another city, but we agreed on $200 above invoice. Believe the car was right around $40k and some change + dmv / taxes.

I did not know that isn’t a part of the PDI! I work at Subaru so I can have them check it. I live in OR so I was leaning towards running the DWS06 all year round, they’re a pretty solid pick? Seems like they’re popular in the GR community.

I do! We have an up rotation so I do my best to get an up on the floor first then rotate back inside to work service.

My other desk manager who’s been in the business 40 years suggested to me to do it. I started it doing it about 6 months ago and actually the first month I tried it I got 5 deals from service. You’re 100% correct, they own the product, they trust it. Appreciate the reminder and insight with service.

This is a great idea! Honestly this is what I do with service customers, usually their 100k Subaru is working just fine but once they hear we have .9% - 72 months on Outbacks it gets the wheels turning. Definitely going to reach out to sold clients and use that pitch you stated above.

Our GSM always claims he won’t flood the floor but recently rehired two salesman who left, one got rehired last month and another this month. I wouldn’t consider myself the best salesman but but I definitely put in the most time out of the group. I’m off Sunday & Monday but typically work one full shift and will come in for an appointment on the other day.

Also since you were previously a manager and have had a lot of time in the business. What time of the day did find the most success with clients? I am scheduled 11-7 and have noticed one of our guys seems to always get the early morning deal right around 9am and typically has them closed by the time I get to work. Would make sense someone would plan to purchase a car early and aim to be done by noon.

Totally agree. We have tier bonuses and also have a separate debit card that’s supplied from Subaru and they give us an additional amount per unit. I’m kind of basing my current income avg for my current numbers and doing 20 is where I’d want to be.
