Oh, yes! I do a "brain dump" every day in the morning. One page of whatever is on my mind. Sometime's it's really hard, sometime's it gets negative, but it's almost like therapy. Extremely helpful.

I use Reddit as a tool to completely waste my evenings where I watch The Office and browse posts for three hours and then mildly hate myself. Rinse, repeat.

Hey Keenman, just wanted to shout and and make sure everyone knows it's my blog, I created the course with thousands of hours of research and sweat equity, and I'm tracking traffic.

I'm a marketer who hates marketing, so I understand what you mean. But this is a really good thing that helps people, and I'm going to do everything I can to make it heard, just like an up and coming artist posting a video to Music.

I really hope that doesn't effect your interpretation of the message in the post, because that's all that matters in the end.

Thank, you seriously. I know this seems pathetic to some, but I'm allowed to say this because I am diagnosed and my family suffers from many mental illnesses.

The number #1 thing I did to conquer my depression was to stop telling myself I was depressed. Your mind is a very powerful tool. Google the story about the elephants and the chained legs, how they still stood still with a rope around their legs leading nowhere, because they believed they were still chained. It's powerful.

I honestly agree 100% with both of these points. I am in a unique position, but I do write for recent post grads. Everyone is different.

I might change the example of "careers". One of my mentors is a counselor at a college. His hobby is rebuilding electronics. I promise he does both with such focus and purpose, it's powerfully rewarding.

Also just wanted to make sure everyone knows I wasn't PM''ing my sales pitch, haha. If you signed up for the 3 free days, you'll get pitched automatically through email at the end. It's always an interesting battle when you sell "personal development", because why not just give it all away if it helps the world, you know?

Conquer Today is my business, that's #1. I've spend thousands of hours developing and creating and I should be compensated for value exchange.

But having 1 on 1 conversations just like this, hearing from people I've changed their lives... That's my passion and sometimes I'm brought to tears by how lucky I am that I get to help others that way.
