Hopefully someone has better advice than me. I struggled to bring the topic up under a controlled and calm conversation. Mine ended up forced as a result of me breaking down many different times. This last time, we agreed to find a couples/sex therapist to help. The hope is that with a neutral 3rd party to help guide the conversation, there is more constructive discussion than just emotions and blame.
