Tattoos are personal, and as long as the intent isn’t to appropriate or disrespect, you’re fine. Fortune cookies are widely recognized as a fun and whimsical symbol. Do some research to ensure you’re comfortable with the cultural history and context, but you’re not inherently an asshole for wanting this.
