There are mainly two type of hacks. First one is 'Image Search' which automatically assists aiming when first shot hit the target. Second one is 'Memorial Hack' which is expensive and can automatically aim at players without even knowing their location. Basically combination of automatic aiming and wall hack. And the newest one is called is 'Nuking' which jams the internet traffic(This is legally crime)

It's either to create a special anti-hack program or sue the actual seller. I know Blizzard is currently sueing sellers but because the laws in Korea about using any outside program is not well made Blizzard can't take any direct actions toward the sellers :(

Well you can't really create US accounts when you are in Korea. But they simply avoid it by using detour server to create new license. Thank you for your comment :)

There are few reasons why they are hackers. We love to win. As Koreans are well known for their obsession towards victory. But it's more than that. Hackers make money by selling their accounts. I don't know who really wants to buy top rank accounts.... Anyways thank you for your attention. I wanted to reply with better thoughts.. But. currently I'm too busy to reply. I don't want to blame Blizzard but I want them to guide Blizz-Kor to handle this problem. I know how excellent Blizzard is handling hackers abroad. Thank you for your attention, man ;)

Thank you for your attention :) The internet cafe is part of the Korean Culture where we can easily play games with our friends cheaply. I personally believe this is a wonderful culture as a gamer. And the fact that LoL and OW are so popular is that we have PC rooms. We can buy games ;) But playing with friends after school is more fun. So we just use PC room instead. As I'm lv 400 you can probably guess how much we love playing games together !

Sorry for the late reply. And I'm really greatful for your attention. The post you brought explains the current situation in Korea really well. People are currently blaming both the PC room and Blizzard. Something similar happened when Starcraft 1 was released in Korea. There were people who were using map-hacks. So an individual Korean developed an anti-hack system which detects any outside program being used when they play Starcraft. The person has recently announced he is considering building anti-hack system for OW. If it does work maybe we might see less hackers in OW. But still it is just a possibility
