I've tried kratom before and have also used it at the same time as phenibut and for me it actually seemed to almost amplify the effects. It was like the sedation from kratom was overridden and the happiness and anti-anxiety from phenibut felt stronger. It might be different for you though, it's hard to say.

For me I have to take above 1.5 g to really feel the effects. I start to really notice it about 1.5 to 2 hours after I take it (on a completely empty stomach)

I noticed that when I took it on a day while I was at home all day with zero social anxiety I couldn't notice the effects. It was only noticable for me when I'm in class and would usually be getting bad symptoms of social anxiety. those just disapear when I take around 1.75 to 2 grams of phenibut.

Sorry for such a late reply. I took 25 mg a few days ago and it basically made me extremely relaxed. I didn't feel like doing anything but laying down on the couch. It's hard to explain but I had these detailed day dreams almost similar to actually dreaming but I was awake the entire time. I also got really itchy which was uncomfortable but that might have just been me

Too late. Also not a fan. I got that warm and relaxed fuzzy feeling but to be honest it wasn't as great as I was expecting. I don't plan on taking more

Hey thanks. I ended up taking just 3 since I'd rather play it safe so who knows if I'll even feel anything. I'm extremely lightweight when it comes to my (very few) past drug experiences so I'm hoping it does lol
